Growing Good workshops

Free workshops for church leaders and church members who want to know more about the Growing Good Toolkit and how to use it. Funded by the Sir Halley Stewart Trust.

Workshop content

  • Hear more about the three years of research behind the Toolkit.
  • Reflect on the connections between social action, discipleship and church growth.
  • Participate in one of the interactive Toolkit sessions.
  • Share ideas and insights with representatives from other churches.
  • Find out how to use the Toolkit with your church.

Who should attend?

These workshops are for church leaders, small group leaders, PCC members and church members who are interested in growing new connections and making a difference in their community. The Toolkit can be been used by churches of all denominations and traditions, and has been informed by research from churches of different sizes in a range of different contexts.

With Hannah Rich (author of the GRA:CE report), and speakers from Church Urban Fund and the dioceses of London and Southwark.

Barnabas: Encouraging Confidence in Social Action

Hosted by the Diocese of Leeds and Wellsprings Together, this event will encourage clergy and project leaders to get involved in their communities by building the team, growing in confidence and accessing helpful resources. CUF will be running two workshops during the event that will introduce participants to the Growing Good Toolkit and GRA:CE research.
